Mr. Bob’s Cinnamon Raisin Bread (No Added Sugar)
Don’t let the “no added sugar” fool you—this loaf is still plenty sweet! Honey does the sweetening, along with lots of cinnamon and raisins. It’s soft, flavorful, and just sweet enough without adding regular sugar.
And why Mr.Bob’s Cinnamon Raisin? Because this one was his idea! He wanted a cinnamon raisin bread without added sugar, so I started experimenting—and Mr. Bob’s Cinnamon Raisin bread was born.
